Refund policy

At OilLand, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, we're here to help.

1. Damaged or Leaked Products

If your hair oil bottle arrives broken, damaged, or leaked during delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

To help us process your request, please provide:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • A short description of the issue

After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.

2. Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or provide an appropriate refund.

3. Change of Mind & Opened Products

For hygiene and product-safety reasons, we do not accept returns or refunds for products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed, unless the product was received damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If you simply change your mind after receiving the product, the order may not be eligible for a return or refund.

4. Refunds

Once your return or refund request has been approved, we will inform you about the next steps.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through the original payment method or another mutually agreed method.

The time required for the refund to reach you may vary depending on the payment provider or bank.

5. Return Shipping

If the product was damaged during delivery or you received the wrong product, OilLand will cover the reasonable return/replacement shipping cost, where applicable.

For other return requests, shipping costs may not be refundable.

6. Non-Returnable Items

The following products are generally not eligible for return:

  • Opened or used hair oil
  • Partially consumed products
  • Products returned after the applicable return period
  • Products damaged after delivery due to improper handling or use
